Angela Gray is committed to preventing homelessness and empowering young adults by providing safe, stable housing, structured independent living support, life-skills education, and individualized guidance. We serve youth aging out of foster care and young adults with disabilities, equipping them with the tools, resources, and supportive services needed to achieve independence, long-term stability, and lifelong success. Through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, we help each resident build a strong bridge to independence and a future filled with opportunity.

Foster Youth Transition
Each year in Cambria County, youth aging out of foster care face an immediate risk of homelessness. Without a structured safety net, the transition to adulthood is often marked by housing instability and limited support.
